May 10 & 11: Join the National “Driving the Vote for Equality” ERA Tour in Seattle May 10th and 11th. Join organizer, and Zonta Member Katherine Cleland to greet the Golden Flyer II, a Suffrage era Saxon Roadster in Seattle as we gather signatures and raise awareness of the need for the Equal Rights Amendment;
Sunday, May 10th, Mother’s Day, 2- 7:30 PM we will be outside Lumen Stadium from 2-4:30 pm, and then at the Seattle Waterfront between pier 54 and 58.
Monday May 11th 8:30- 10 am we will be meeting with Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson at 9am at Seattle City Hall for a “Mayors for ERA” signing and recognition. Please plan some time to join one of the two days. May 11th we are hoping for 2 dozen supporters to show up in support and for a PR photo opportunity. Flyer coming out later today
